How to Interpret Data (Operational Insight)
- Pickup Time + Drop Time present → Student used transport successfully
- Missing Check-in/Checkout → Possible partial tracking or manual gap
- Status = Present → Student completed expected movement cycle
- Time gaps analysis:
- Pickup → Check-in → verifies arrival to school
- Checkout → Drop → verifies safe return
⚠️ Any missing timestamps should be reviewed for:
- Device issues
- QR scan failures
- Manual override requirements
Best Practices for Staff
- Verify logs daily to ensure system accuracy
- Cross-check anomalies immediately
- Use filters during:
- Parent inquiries
- Safety audits
- Incident investigations
- Ensure all drivers and handlers follow proper QR scan protocol
