These Terms govern your use of the website bobok.in, operated by Bobok Private Limited ("BOBOK", "we"), CIN U82990DL2026PTC464503, registered office at 12, 4th Floor, Flat No. 400, A Ajit Singh House, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016. By using the website you agree to them.
BOBOK is a technology platform for school transport visibility and child-safety coordination, sold to schools. BOBOK is not a transport operator, school, childcare or security provider, and does not employ drivers or supervise children. Schools remain responsible for their transport and students.
Use of the BOBOK Parent App, School App and school panel, and Driver App is governed by their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies, published on this website. The BOBOK Refund Policy applies to schools. If you are a school, your School Onboarding Agreement also applies.
3.1 Website content is for general information about BOBOK. Features, plans and prices described may change and are confirmed only in the relevant app, panel or School Agreement.
3.2 The website, its text, graphics, logos, designs and software belong to BOBOK or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law, including patent application no. 202631050115. You may view and print pages for personal or internal evaluation use. You may not copy, modify, republish or use them commercially without written permission.
Panel logins on this website are for authorised users only. Do not attempt to access any account, panel or data you are not authorised to use, test the site's security, or interfere with its operation.
Do not use the website to break any law, send malicious code, scrape content, impersonate anyone, or send unsolicited communications.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. BOBOK is not responsible for their content or practices.
7.1 The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7.2 To the extent the law allows, BOBOK is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, and its total liability relating to the website is limited to ₹5,000. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
