2.2 The duration of free trials may vary and may range from a few weeks to several months depending upon promotional campaigns, school partnerships, pilot programs, business requirements, or other factors.

2.4 Users are encouraged to thoroughly evaluate the platform during the free trial period before purchasing a subscription.

Any refund decision made by Bobok following such review shall be considered final and binding.
5.1 Users may be eligible for a refund under circumstances including:

c. Incorrect billing caused by a technical error attributable to Bobok;

6.1 Bobok may provide prorated refunds for unused subscription periods where a refund request is approved.
6.2 Prorated refunds shall generally be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the active subscription period.
6.3 The calculation method used by Bobok shall be final and may take into account:

b. The subscription end date;
c. Actual service usage;
d. Benefits already received;

f. Transaction costs incurred by Bobok.
6.4 Refunds shall not necessarily correspond to a simple day-for-day calculation and may be adjusted to reflect administrative costs, promotional benefits, discounts, taxes, payment gateway charges, and other relevant factors.
6.5 Bobok reserves the right to determine the final prorated amount payable.
7.1 If a student changes schools, relocates, graduates, withdraws from transportation services, or otherwise ceases to use Bobok services before the end of a subscription period, the parent or guardian may submit a refund request.
7.2 Refund requests arising from school transfers, withdrawal from transportation services, relocation, or similar circumstances shall be evaluated individually.
7.3 Approval of such refunds is not automatic and shall remain subject to Bobok's review and discretion.
7.4 Where approved, refunds may be provided on a prorated basis in accordance with Section 6 of this Policy.
8.1 Refunds shall generally not be provided under the following circumstances:
a. Dissatisfaction arising from features that were clearly described before purchase;
b. Failure to use the service after purchase;
c. Failure to cancel automatic renewals before renewal dates;
d. Temporary service interruptions caused by telecommunications providers, internet service providers, device failures, GPS outages, or circumstances beyond Bobok's reasonable control;
e. User error;
f. Violation of Bobok's Terms of Service;
g. Suspension or termination resulting from misuse of the platform;
h. Requests submitted without sufficient supporting information.
8.2 Bobok may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions in deserving cases.
9.1 Users who believe they have been charged incorrectly should contact Bobok as soon as possible.
9.2 Upon verification of a duplicate transaction or billing error attributable to Bobok, the excess amount may be refunded.
9.3 Bobok may require transaction references, payment receipts, bank statements, screenshots, or other evidence before processing such requests.

10.2 Refund requests should include:
a. Full name;
b. Registered email address;
c. Registered mobile number;
d. Transaction reference number;
e. Date of payment;

10.4 Failure to provide requested information may result in rejection of the refund request.

14.4 Accounts associated with fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may be suspended, restricted, or terminated.

15.2 Under no circumstances shall Bobok be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or speculative damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, emotional distress, inconvenience, transportation costs, substitute service costs, or any other economic or non-economic losses.
15.3 Users acknowledge that subscription fees paid to Bobok are solely for access to the platform and related services and do not constitute guarantees of uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, transportation availability, or financial compensation beyond the subscription amount paid.
15.4 In no event shall Bobok be obligated to refund amounts exceeding the fees actually received by Bobok from the user for the specific subscription period under review.
15.5 Where a refund has already been issued, whether in full or in part, such refund shall constitute the user's sole and exclusive remedy with respect to the underlying transaction, subscription, or payment dispute.
15.6 Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
