7.3 Schools are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, authorisations, and consents before providing personal information to Bobok.
7.4 Bobok processes information supplied by schools solely for authorised educational and transportation purposes.
8.1 Bobok may process information relating to students where such processing is necessary for transportation management, safety monitoring, communication, attendance verification, route assignment, emergency response, and related educational purposes.
8.2 Student information may include names, student identification numbers, roll numbers, class details, section details, pickup locations, drop-off locations, transportation schedules, attendance history, transportation status records, QR identification records, and transportation-related communications.
8.3 Bobok does not knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from children.
8.4 Student information is processed only for legitimate educational, transportation, operational, compliance, and safety purposes.
8.5 Bobok does not sell, rent, trade, or commercially exploit student information.
9.1 Drivers using Bobok may be required to provide personal and professional information necessary for identity verification, transportation management, compliance, and safety monitoring.
9.2 Such information may include names, addresses, photographs, contact information, driving licence details, government-issued identification documents, insurance records, vehicle registration certificates, permits, bank account information, and tax-related information where applicable.

28.3 Schools shall maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, administrative accounts, and access privileges granted by Bobok.
28.4 Schools shall ensure that access to student information is restricted to authorised personnel with legitimate educational or operational needs.
28.5 Schools shall promptly notify Bobok regarding unauthorised access, security incidents, data inaccuracies, or suspected misuse of the platform.
28.6 Schools shall use information obtained through Bobok solely for legitimate educational, transportation, administrative, safety, and compliance purposes.
28.7 Schools shall not attempt to access information belonging to other institutions or users without authorisation.
29.1 Parents and guardians are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
29.2 Parents shall provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding themselves and the students under their care.
29.3 Parents shall promptly notify schools and Bobok of changes relating to contact information, pickup arrangements, emergency contacts, transportation requirements, or other relevant details.
29.4 Parents shall use information obtained through Bobok solely for legitimate transportation and student safety purposes.
29.5 Parents shall not share access credentials with unauthorised individuals.
29.6 Parents acknowledge that transportation information displayed through Bobok may depend upon GPS connectivity, telecommunications networks, device availability, and third-party service providers.
29.7 Parents agree to cooperate with schools, transportation providers, and Bobok during incident investigations, safety reviews, and emergency situations where necessary.
30.1 Drivers, vehicle operators, transportation contractors, and freelance drivers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during onboarding and throughout their use of Bobok services.
30.2 Drivers shall maintain valid licenses, permits, insurance coverage, registrations, certifications, and other legally required documentation.
30.3 Drivers acknowledge and consent to the collection of operational information, route information, attendance records, GPS tracking information, performance metrics, and verification records necessary for transportation management and safety monitoring.
30.4 Drivers shall use Bobok applications only for authorized transportation activities.
30.5 Drivers shall not attempt to manipulate, disable, interfere with, or circumvent GPS systems, attendance systems, verification mechanisms, security controls, or monitoring features.
30.6 Drivers shall promptly report transportation incidents, safety concerns, emergencies, accidents, and security issues through designated reporting channels.
30.7 Bobok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate driver accounts where violations of applicable laws, agreements, safety requirements, or platform policies are identified.
31.1 While Bobok strives to provide accurate, reliable, and secure services, the platform operates through complex technological systems that may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control.
31.2 Bobok does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, real-time accuracy of location information, continuous connectivity, or uninterrupted access to services.
31.3 Location information, estimated arrival times, route information, attendance records, notifications, and transportation alerts may be affected by GPS limitations, network outages, hardware failures, software errors, weather conditions, user actions, telecommunications disruptions, or third-party service interruptions.
31.4 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bobok shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the services.
